Celebrating 60 Years of Innovation: The Heritage of Jiffy Pellets

In celebration of the Jiffy Pellet anniversary, we are proud to highlight the remarkable journey and evolution of Jiffy Pellets, which have been at the heart of successful crop propagation for 60 years. Among the various innovative products in our lineup, the Jiffy Pellet J-7 stands out as one of our earliest and most iconic offerings.

Invented in the 1960s and originally produced in Norway, the J-7 pellet is an open-wall, net container and medium all in one. Today, J-7 technology has advanced, with production extending to Canada and Denmark to meet global demand. Despite these advancements, the core benefits remain the same: optimized aeration and water retention, leading to excellent root development for a wide variety of crops.
