At Jiffy, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative SEMEA (Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa) to support and grow our customer network across SEMEA.
In this role, you are the internal commercial partner for customers, distributors, and growers in the region. You advise on Jiffy’s substrates, growing media, and plant propagation solutions, support customers throughout the complete sales cycle, and identify new opportunities to strengthen our market position.

By combining commercial drive with technical understanding and strong relationship management, you make a direct contribution to customer success and Jiffy’s continued growth in an internationally diverse and high-potential market.

In order to stimulate further growth, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative SEMEA.

Your profile

  • Develop Business Across the SEMEA Region
    You contribute directly to Jiffy’s commercial growth by managing customer opportunities, following up leads, and supporting the realization of regional turnover, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Build Sustainable Customer Relationships
    You are the trusted first point of contact for customers, distributors, and growers, ensuring they receive professional, timely, and solution-oriented support on quotations, orders, technical inquiries, and aftersales matters.
  • Advise on Horticultural Solutions
    You understand customer cultivation challenges and advise on the right application of Jiffy’s products, growing media, and plant propagation systems. In doing so, you translate technical customer needs into commercially viable solutions.
  • Create New Commercial Opportunities
    You proactively approach prospects, generate leads, develop opportunities within existing accounts, and identify growth potential in the market through customer contact and market intelligence.
  • Coordinate Seamless Customer Delivery
    You work closely with Sales Managers, Product Managers, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and Production to ensure accurate follow-up, reliable order handling, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Market Needs
    Internally You monitor customer developments, technical trends, and competitive movements in the horticultural market, sharing valuable insights internally to support innovation and continuous commercial improvement.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor level working and thinking, preferably in International Business, Commercial Economics, Business Administration, Horticulture, Agriculture or a related field.
  • 2-4 years experience in inside sales, commercial support, account management support or customer-facing B2B sales.
  • You communicate fluently in English and French, both verbally and in writing, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Affinity with horticulture, agriculture, technical products, substrates, growing systems or solution-based selling. • Strong commercial instinct and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence in negotiating and following up on business opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and commercial reporting tools.
