They can take six to 12 months to be ready to be brought to market. That means each plant represents a large investment in terms of your time and money. Plugs in trays work best for Conifers. They can be transplanted to P7 or P9 pots once they reach the right size. Crate-grown conifers are destined for planting in the field.
