Your Role <\/h2>\n

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for managing and expanding Jiffy\u2019s customer base in the central region (Province Zeeland, South Gelderland and Mid & West Brabant) of the Netherlands and East & West Flanders in Belgium. You report to the Sales Area Manager North Europe. <\/p>\n

You will: <\/p>\n

  • Expand your customer portfolio. <\/li>\n
  • Identify and convert sales opportunities. <\/li>\n
  • Monitor market trends and competitors. <\/li>\n
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. <\/li>\n
  • Visit customers and advise on Jiffy\u2019s growing solutions. <\/li>\n
  • Provide after-sales support.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in trade fairs and events. <\/li>\n
  • Maintain CRM records. <\/li>\n
  • Contribute to sales meetings. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Your Profile <\/h2>\n

    We are looking for an Account Manager with a passion for cultivation, who proactively engages with customers and advises them on Jiffy\u2019s substrates and solutions to improve their growing performance. You are confident, persuasive, and results-driven. You collaborate closely with colleagues while also thriving in an independent role.<\/p>\n

    \u200bExpertise <\/h2>\n
      \n
    • HBO level (Bachelor\u2019s) in Plant Science, Commercial Economics, or Business Administration.<\/li>\n
    • Minimum 3 years of sales experience (preferably horticulture). <\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of cultivation and substrates is a plus. <\/li>\n
    • Network in the sector is an advantage. <\/li>\n
    • Fluent in Dutch and English. <\/li>\n
    • Experience with MS Office 365 and CRM\/ERP systems. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
