What does the job involve?
In this position you will be part of an international team, as you will be working together with our local Finance teams and get in-depth understanding in financial reporting and performance management.
The Financial Controller is together with the Group Controller responsible for preparing and analysing consolidated financial statements, management reporting and financial planning.
You will also be driving process improvements and global alignment. Furthermore, you will be involved in setting up CSRD reporting within Jiffy Group in co-operation with our Sustainability Manager.

What are your tasks?
Below you find the main responsibilities as Financial Controller at Jiffy:
- preparing and analysing monthly consolidated financials and management reporting package;
- coordination of annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes;
- support data collection & set-up of CSRD reporting;
- maintain and improve financial reporting processes and systems;
- coordination of external audit for consolidated financials & Dutch entities;
- cash flow forecasting, coordinate hedging activities and maintain contacts with banks;
- support improvement projects in Finance.
What do you need?
You are eager to grow and learn as a finance professional and you are ready for a next step. You bring the following qualifications & competencies:
- Bachelor degree (or higher) in Accounting or Business Economics;
- approx. 2-3 years of experience in an auditing firm or a financial controlling role within a international commercial organisation;
- good understanding of ERP systems and processes, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365;
- proactive and pragmatic attitude & team player;
- broad experience in using Excel & IT savvy;
- strong skills on financial and data analytics;
- fluent in Dutch and English (in word and writing).
