Your role
The Sales Account Manager East Spain oversees client relations to maximize turnover in the designated territory. As successful Sales Account Manager you collaborate with the other Account Managers, Customer Service and colleagues, aligning with sales objectives. Responsibilities include regular client visits, assessing needs, and offering tailored solutions, emphasizing lasting relationships. The role involves transitioning to a solution-oriented sales approach, engaging in cross-functional projects, and taking on more sales responsibility, including decision-making authority. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager South Europe, Middle East and Africa, you contribute to Jiffy's vision of being a trusted partner in sustainable plant growing solutions.
The successful candidate is preferably living in the Puerto Lumbreras, Murcia region.
Your most important tasks and responsibilities
- Works according to objectives and turnover targets outlined in the regional sales plan
- Provides input for the yearly budget process
- Visits and supports both existing and potential clients, including end-users and distributors
- Identifies client needs and sales opportunities
- Offers comprehensive information about the entire Jiffy product range
- Offers strong after-sales support and service
- Monitors market trends and competitor developments closely
- Identifies sales opportunities and discusses them with the Regional Sales Manager
- Prepares quotations in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager
Your background
- Bachelor degree in Horticulture or Agriculture Science
- And/or MBA of Master in Economics
- Fluent in Spanish and English (minimal B2 level)
- Minimal 3 years successful sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Self-driven and a motivated

- Annual base salary: EUR 30.000 – 40.000 EUR per year
- Bonus scheme: participation in the bonus scheme (maximum 2 months’ salary)
